Pinot Grigio

Our Pinot Grigio is dry and aromatic white wine with hints of lemon, starfruit, and peaches. We cold fermented this wine at 45 degrees for several months, and aged in it stainless steel tanks for six months. Crisp, refreshing, and so good that we named our winery mascot Pinot the Pig after it!
